Run it through a local server

This viewer needs to read fifth_percentile.md and the source PDFs, which browsers block when a page is opened directly from disk (file://). From the project root:

cd /mnt/data/Frawley && python3 -m http.server 8000

then open http://localhost:8000/reckoningscience/fifth_percentile/index.html.
